250,000 SF New Retail and Office Space
Tysons West is a centralized retail hub of activity in Tysons Corner featuring 250,000 SF of new retail and office space including anchoring Wal-Mart and 24-Hour Fitness. The office component of this project included roughly 15,000 SF of medical office space. An existing parking garage was also incorporated into the new development design with additional parking spaces and ramps that were added during construction to serve the customer and employee needs. MLG team members provided senior leadership while working at a previous firm in helping to deliver these projects towards a successful completion.
