Commonwealth Building I & II

Commonwealth Building II was part of a six-building approved site development at Commonwealth Center. This project consisted of base building construction as well as roughly 120,000 SF tenant fit-out of the CACI space. An additional 60,000 SF of tenant fit out was also delivered for GSA space. This project also featured a stand-alone parking garage deck as well as surface parking. The Commonwealth Building II development delivered the first Platinum LEED office buildings in Northern Virginia. MLG team members provided senior leadership while working at a previous firm in helping to deliver these projects towards a successful completion.
